P.Diddy. Smells like...

P.Diddy has released a video, ostensibly as a casting tape to show his suitability to be the next James Bond. What is interesting is that the movie is prefaced with a promotion for a fragrance 'I Am King' - 'available exclusively from Macy's'.

I find it hard to believe that anyone in their right mind, let alone anyone with an eye for talent could possibly imagine Mr Diddy being able to carry off the Bond role.

The film looks like a bad hip video (I know, a tautology). Whoever conceived it and then directed it clearly has no idea of the Bond franchise's qualities/essence. Sitting around pouting isn't Bond or even remotely Bondish.

My analysis is; smells a provocative stunt to promote a perfume.

Either way, it stinks.

Johnny Bunko is new to parachute company Boggs Corp., and he stumbles through his early days as a working stiff until a crisis prompts him to find a new job. St
